Gaze out over the mountains and valley from any of Loft Saeko's three balconies and you'll understand what makes the Alps so magical...
This comfortable apartment is located in a purpose-built development in Crest-Voland Cohennoz, just a short drive from the charming village. This Savoyard hamlet has managed to retain its authenticity and a thriving community, with specialist shops, local events and health services available all year round.
You'll find more shops in the neighbouring villages of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and Les Saisies, which can be reached using the free shuttle bus. It stops just 50m from the apartment during the February holidays and until the first week of March.
In summer, you can use the many beautiful hiking trails to explore the surrounding mountains and forests. If you don’t want to walk, you can take the Cernix chairlift, 600m from the flat, to the summit of Mont Lachat, and enjoy a picnic with an incredible view of Mont Blanc.
About the property…
Loft Saeko is a modern apartment on the edge of the village of Crest-Voland Cohennoz and the forest. It sleeps up to eight people (maximum six adults), with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area is bathed in natural light, and decorated in simple, elegant shades. There's a seating area with a comfortable sofa where you can relax in front of the TV, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, separated from the dining table by a counter.
Several French windows open onto three balconies, one of which is furnished with armchairs and another with a table and stools, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while taking in the view.
Of the three double bedrooms in the flat, one has an en-suite shower room and toilet, as well as direct access to the largest of the balconies. Another bedroom is perfect for a family of four, with double bunk beds.
Loft Saeko has a bathroom with bath, toilet and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are two covered car parking spaces, with a charging point for electric vehicles.
About the area…
Crest-Voland Cohennoz is a traditional village in the Espace Diamant ski area, in the Val d'Arly. They are particularly appealing to guests looking for an authentic experience, away from the impersonal apartment blocks and apart-hotels of larger resorts. Crest-Voland has been awarded the “Famille Plus” label for its programme of activities and facilities for children, so it’s a great choice for young families.
The Logère chairlift leaves from the village centre, just a few minutes' drive from Loft Saeko. The area offers excellent pistes for skiers of all abilities, from beginners to the most experienced. There are two snowparks for snowboarders (including Opoualand, for 6-12 year-olds), 120km of ski touring trails for cross-country skiers and the popular Les Saisies Nordic area.
In summer, you can enjoy hiking or mountain biking thanks to a wide network of trails, as well as many other activities such as paragliding, fishing and climbing.
Crest-Voland Cohennoz is just 15km from Megève, 8km from the Col des Saisies, and around 25km from Albertville and Sallanches, so you’ll never be short of beautiful places to explore.

“Perfect loft getaway”
This spacious loft is just amazing! It is tastefully decorated, very well equipped, and the beds are large and comfortable. It has 3 beautiful terraces offering a breathtaking view of the valley. The place is very quiet and impeccably clean. Two covered parking spaces are provided, one with a charging station. Convenient code system for accessing the building's hall and the loft. Small grocery store and ski slopes 5 minutes away on foot. Only one desire, to return.

You'll immediately feel at home in the living room, with its light and elegant colours. It comprises a seating area with sofa and television, a dining table where you can all eat together and a fully-equipped kitchen where cooking is a pleasure.
French doors from the living area open onto three spacious balconies, where you can relax with a coffee or enjoy a meal in good weather.
